Isaiah 57:5

under every green tree,
^cwho slaughter your children in the valleys,
under the clefts of the rocks?

7 ^dOn a high and lofty mountain
you have set your bed,
and there you went up to offer sacrifice.

Ezekiel 6:13

13 And you shall know that I am the Lord, ^ewhen their slain lie among their idols around their altars, ^fon every high hill, ^gon all the mountaintops, ^hunder every green tree, and under ⁱevery leafy oak, wherever ^jthey offered pleasing aroma to all their idols.
