True and False Fasting

1 Cry aloud; do not hold back;
alift up your voice like a trumpet;
bdeclare to my people their transgression,
to the house of Jacob their sins.

Jeremiah 1:7-8

“Do not say, ‘I am only a youth’;
for to all to whom I send you, you shall go,
and cwhatever I command you, you shall speak.
8 dDo not be afraid of them,
efor I am with you to deliver you,
