Isaiah 6:9-10

9And he said, “Go, and say to this people:

a“‘Keep on hearing,
Or Hear indeed
but do not understand;
keep on seeing,
Or see indeed
but do not perceive.’
10 dMake the heart of this people edull,
Hebrew fat

and their ears heavy,
and blind their eyes;
glest they see with their eyes,
and hear with their ears,
and understand with their hearts,
and turn and be healed.”

Ezekiel 12:2

2 hSon of man, you dwell in the midst of ia rebellious house, jwho have eyes to see, but see not, who have ears to hear, but hear not, for they are ka rebellious house.

Mark 4:12

“'they mmay indeed see but not perceive,
and may indeed hear but not understand,
lest they nshould turn and be forgiven.'”

Luke 8:10

John 12:39-40

39Therefore they rcould not believe. For again Isaiah said,
