Isaiah 60:7-14

7All the flocks of aKedar shall be gathered to you;
the rams of bNebaioth shall minister to you;
cthey shall come up with acceptance on my altar,
dand I will beautify my beautiful house.
8 Who are these that fly like a cloud,
and elike doves to their windows?
9For fthe coastlands shall hope for me,
gthe ships of Tarshish first,
hto bring your children from afar,
their silver and gold with them,
for the name of the Lord your God,
and for the Holy One of Israel,
because ihe has made you beautiful.
10 jForeigners shall build up your walls,
and ktheir kings shall minister to you;
for in my wrath I struck you,
but in my favor I have had mercy on you.
11 lYour gates shall be open continually;
day and night they shall not be shut,
mthat people may bring to you the wealth of the nations,
with their kings led in procession.
12 nFor the nation and kingdom
that will not serve you shall perish;
those nations shall be utterly laid waste.
13 oThe glory of Lebanon shall come to you,
the cypress, the plane, and pthe pine,
to beautify the place of my sanctuary,
and I will make the place of my feet glorious.
14 qThe sons of those who afflicted you
shall come bending low to you,
rand all who despised you
shall bow down at your feet;
sthey shall call you the City of the Lord,
the Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

Zechariah 1:15-16

15 tAnd I am exceedingly angry with the nations that are uat ease; vfor while I was angry but a little, wthey furthered the disaster. 16Therefore, thus says the Lord, xI have returned to Jerusalem with mercy; ymy house shall be built in it, declares the Lord of hosts, and zthe measuring line shall be stretched out over Jerusalem.

Zechariah 2:4-5
