8 Who are these that fly like a cloud,
and ^alike doves to their windows?
9 For ^bthe coastlands shall hope for me,
^cthe ships of Tarshish first,
^dto bring your children from afar,
their silver and gold with them,
for the name of the Lord your God,
and for the Holy One of Israel,
because ^ehe has made you beautiful.
