Isaiah 61:2-3

2 ato proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor,
band the day of vengeance of our God;
to comfort all who mourn;
3to grant to those who mourn in Zion
cto give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes,
dthe oil of gladness instead of mourning,
the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit;
ethat they may be called oaks of righteousness,
the planting of the Lord, fthat he may be glorified.
Or  that he may display his beauty

Isaiah 66:10

10 hRejoice with Jerusalem, and be glad for her,

all you who mourn over her;

Jeremiah 31:9-12

9 iWith weeping they shall come,
jand with pleas for mercy I will lead them back,
I will make them kwalk by brooks of water,
lin a straight path in which they shall not stumble,
for mI am a father to Israel,
and Ephraim is nmy firstborn.
10 Hear the word of the Lord, O nations,
and declare it in the coastlands far away;
say, ‘He who scattered Israel will ogather him,
and will keep him pas a shepherd keeps his flock.’
11 qFor the Lord has ransomed Jacob
and has redeemed him from rhands too strong for him.
12They shall come and sing aloud on the height of Zion,
sand they shall be radiant tover the goodness of the Lord,
uover the grain, the wine, and the oil,
and over the young of the flock and the herd;
vtheir life shall be like a watered garden,
wand they shall languish no more.

Jeremiah 31:16-17

16 Thus says the Lord:
Keep your voice from weeping,
and your eyes from tears,
for there is a reward for your work,

declares the Lord,
and xthey shall come back from the land of the enemy.
17 yThere is hope for your future,

declares the Lord,
and your children shall come back to their own country.

Ezekiel 7:16

16 zAnd if any survivors escape, they will be on the mountains, like aadoves of the valleys, all of them moaning, each one over his iniquity.

Zechariah 12:10-14

Him Whom They Have Pierced
