Isaiah 61:4

4 aThey shall build up the ancient ruins;
they shall raise up the former devastations;
they shall repair the ruined cities,
the devastations of many generations.

Isaiah 65:21

21 bThey shall build houses and inhabit them;
they shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit.

Jeremiah 30:18

18 Thus says the Lord:
Behold, cI will restore the fortunes of the tents of Jacob
and have compassion on his dwellings;
the city shall be rebuilt on dits mound,
and the palace shall stand where it used to be.

Jeremiah 31:38-40

38 eBehold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when the city shall be rebuilt for the Lord ffrom the Tower of Hananel to gthe Corner Gate. 39 hAnd the measuring line shall go out farther, straight to the hill Gareb, and shall then turn to Goah. 40 iThe whole valley of the dead bodies and the ashes, and all the fields as far as the jbrook Kidron, to the corner of kthe Horse Gate toward the east, lshall be sacred to the Lord. mIt shall not be plucked up or overthrown anymore forever.”

Ezekiel 36:33-36

33Thus says the Lord God: On the day that nI cleanse you from all your iniquities, oI will cause the cities to be inhabited, and the waste places shall be rebuilt. 34And the land that was desolate shall be tilled, instead of being the desolation that it was in the sight of all who passed by. 35And they will say, ‘This land that was desolate has become like pthe garden of Eden, and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are now fortified and inhabited.’ 36Then qthe nations that are left all around you shall know that I am the Lord; I have rebuilt the ruined places and rreplanted that which was desolate. sI am the Lord; I have spoken, and I will do it.

Ezekiel 37:25-28

25 tThey shall dwell in the land that I gave to my servant Jacob, where your fathers lived. They and their children and their children’s children shall dwell there uforever, and David my servant shall be their prince vforever. 26 wI will make a covenant of peace with them. It shall be xan everlasting covenant with them. And I will set them in their land
Hebrew lacks  in their land
and zmultiply them, and will aaset my sanctuary in their midst forevermore.
27 abMy dwelling place shall be with them, acand I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 28Then adthe nations will know that aeI am the Lord who sanctifies Israel, when afmy sanctuary is in their midst forevermore.”
