Isaiah 8:9-10

9 Be broken,
Or  Be evil
you peoples, and bbe shattered;
Or dismayed

give ear, all you far countries;
strap on your armor and be shattered;
strap on your armor and be shattered.
10Take counsel together, but it will come to nothing;
speak a word, dbut it will not stand,
for God eis with us.
The Hebrew for  God is with us is Immanuel

Isaiah 43:4

4Because you are precious in my eyes,
and honored, and I love you,
I give men in return for you,
peoples in exchange for your life.

Romans 8:31-37

God’s Everlasting Love

31What then shall we say to these things? gIf God is for us, who can be
Or  who is
against us?
32 iHe who did not spare his own Son but jgave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things? 33Who shall bring any charge against God’s elect? kIt is God who justifies. 34 lWho is to condemn? Christ Jesus is the one who died—more than that, who was raisedmwho is at the right hand of God, nwho indeed is interceding for us.
Or Is it Christ Jesus who died . . . for us?
35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? 36As it is written,

p“For your sake qwe are being killed all the day long;
we are regarded as sheep to be slaughtered.”
37No, in all these things we are more than rconquerors through shim who loved us.
