bThe people cwho walked in darknesshave seen a great light;
those who dwelt in a land of ddeep darkness,
on them has light shone.
3 eYou have multiplied the nation;
you have increased its joy;
they rejoice before you
as with fjoy at the harvest,
as they gare glad hwhen they divide the spoil.
