bThe people cwho walked in darkness
have seen a great light;
those who dwelt in a land of ddeep darkness,
on them has light shone.
3 eYou have multiplied the nation;
you have increased its joy;
they rejoice before you
as with fjoy at the harvest,
as they gare glad hwhen they divide the spoil.

Luke 15:18-24

18I will arise and go to my father, and I will say to him, “Father, iI have sinned against jheaven and before you. 19 kI am no longer worthy to be called your son. Treat me as one of your hired servants.”’ 20And he arose and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion, and lran and membraced him and nkissed him. 21And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you. oI am no longer worthy to be called your son.’

Bring quickly rthe best robe, and put it on him, and put sa ring on his hand, and tshoes on his feet.
23And bring uthe fattened calf and kill it, and vlet us eat and celebrate. 24For this my son wwas dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.’ And they began to celebrate.

Acts 16:29-34

29And the jailer

called for lights and rushed in, and trembling with fear he yfell down before Paul and Silas.
30Then he brought them out and said, “Sirs, zwhat must I do to be aasaved?” 31And they said, abBelieve in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you acand your household.” 32And they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house. 33And he took them adthe same hour of the night and washed their wounds; and he aewas baptized at once, he and all his family. 34Then he brought them up into his house and set food before them. And he afrejoiced along with his entire household that he had believed in God.

Revelation of John 7:15-17

15 Therefore they are before the throne of God,
and agserve him day and night in his temple;
and he who sits on the throne ahwill shelter them with his presence.
16 aiThey shall hunger no more, neither thirst anymore;
ajthe sun shall not strike them,
nor any scorching heat.
17For the Lamb in the midst of the throne akwill be their shepherd,
and he will guide them to springs of alliving water,
and amGod will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”
