Jeremiah 1:11-14

11And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, aJeremiah, what do you see?” And I said, “I see an almond
 Almond sounds like the Hebrew for watching (compare verse 12)
branch.”
12Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to perform it.”

13The word of the Lord came to me a second time, saying, “What do you see?” And I said, “I see ca boiling pot, facing away dfrom the north.” 14Then the Lord said to me, eOut of the north disaster
The Hebrew word can mean evil, harm, or  disaster, depending on the context; so throughout Jeremiah
shall be let loose upon all the inhabitants of the land.

Amos 7:8

8And the Lord said to me, gAmos, what do you see?” And I said, “A plumb line.” Then the Lord said,

Behold, I am setting ha plumb line
in the midst of my people Israel;
iI will never again pass by them;

Zechariah 4:2

2And he said to me, “What do you see?” I said, “I see, and behold, ja lampstand all of gold, with a bowl on the top of it, and kseven lamps on it, with seven lips on each of the lamps that are on the top of it.
