Jeremiah 1:11-14

11And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, aJeremiah, what do you see?” And I said, “I see an almond
 Almond sounds like the Hebrew for watching (compare verse 12)
branch.”
12Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to perform it.”

13The word of the Lord came to me a second time, saying, “What do you see?” And I said, “I see ca boiling pot, facing away dfrom the north.” 14Then the Lord said to me, eOut of the north disaster
The Hebrew word can mean evil, harm, or  disaster, depending on the context; so throughout Jeremiah
shall be let loose upon all the inhabitants of the land.

Ezekiel 8:6

6And he said to me, “Son of man, gdo you see what they are doing, hthe great abominations that the house of Israel are committing here, ito drive me far from my sanctuary? But you will see still greater abominations.”

Ezekiel 8:12

12Then he said to me, “Son of man, have you seen what the elders of the house of Israel are doing jin the dark, each kin his room of pictures? For they say, l‘The Lord does not see us, the Lord has forsaken the land.’”

Ezekiel 8:17

A Vision of Horns and Craftsmen

And these have come zto terrify them, to cast down the horns of the nations aawho lifted up their horns against the land of Judah to scatter it.”

Zechariah 5:2

2And he said to me, “What do you see?” I answered, “I see a flying abscroll. Its length is twenty cubits, and its width ten cubits.”
A  cubit was about 18 inches or 45 centimeters
