the instruction of idols is but wood!

Jeremiah 10:14

14 ^cEvery man is stupid and without knowledge;
^devery goldsmith is put to shame by his idols,
for his images are false,
^eand there is no breath in them.

Jeremiah 51:17-18

17 Every man is stupid and without knowledge;
every goldsmith is put to shame by his idols,
for his images are false,
and there is no breath in them.
18 They are worthless, a work of delusion;
at the time of their punishment they shall perish.

Habakkuk 2:18-20

18 ^f“What profit is an idol
when its maker has shaped it,
a metal image, ^ga teacher of lies?
For its maker trusts in his own creation

19 ⁱWoe to him ^jwho says to a wooden thing, Awake;
to a silent stone, Arise!
Can this teach?

Romans 1:21-23
