Jeremiah 12:14-17

14Thus says the Lord concerning all amy evil neighbors bwho touch the heritage that cI have given my people Israel to inherit: “Behold, I will pluck them up from their land, and I will pluck up the house of Judah from among them. 15And after I have plucked them up, I will again have compassion on them, dand I will bring them again each to his heritage and each to his land. 16And it shall come to pass, if they will diligently learn the ways of my people, eto swear by my name, ‘As the Lord lives,’ even as they taught my people to swear by Baal, fthen they shall be built up in the midst of my people. 17 gBut if any nation will not listen, then I will utterly pluck it up and destroy it, declares the Lord.”

Jeremiah 18:7

7If at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom, that I will hpluck up and break down and destroy it,

Jeremiah 31:28

28And it shall come to pass that ias I have watched over them jto pluck up and break down, to overthrow, destroy, and bring harm, kso I will watch over them lto build and to plant, declares the Lord.

Ezekiel 19:12

12But the vine was plucked up in fury,
cast down to the ground;
mthe east wind dried up its fruit;
they were stripped off and withered.
As for its strong stem,
fire consumed it.

Daniel 7:4-8

4The first was like a lion and had eagleswings. Then as I looked its wings were plucked off, and it was lifted up from the ground and made to stand on two feet like a man, and the mind of a man was given to it. 5And behold, nanother beast, a second one, like a bear. It was raised up on one side. It had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth; and it was told, ‘Arise, devour much flesh.’ 6After this I looked, and behold, another, like a oleopard, with four wings of a bird on its back. And the beast had four heads, and pdominion was given to it. 7After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, qterrifying and dreadful and exceedingly strong. It had great iron teeth; rit devoured and broke in pieces sand stamped what was left with its feet. It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and tit had ten horns. 8I considered the horns, and behold, uthere came up among them another horn, a little one, vbefore which three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots. And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of a man, and wa mouth speaking great things.

Daniel 11:4

4And as soon as he has arisen, xhis kingdom shall be broken and divided ytoward the zfour winds of heaven, but aanot to his posterity, nor according to the authority with which he ruled, for his kingdom shall be plucked up and go to others besides these.
