Jeremiah 12:4

4 aHow long will the land mourn
and the grass of every field wither?
bFor the evil of those who dwell in it
cthe beasts and the birds are swept away,
because they said, “He will not see our latter end.”

Hosea 4:3

3Therefore dthe land mourns,
and all who dwell in it languish,
eand also the beasts of the field
and the birds of the heavens,
fand even the fish of the sea are taken away.

Hosea 10:5

5The inhabitants of Samaria tremble
for gthe calf
Or calves
of iBeth-aven.
Its people mourn for it, and so do its idolatrous priests
those who rejoiced over it and jover its glory
for it has departed
Or  has gone into exile
from them.

Amos 8:10

10 lI will turn your feasts into mourning
and all your songs into lamentation;
mI will bring sackcloth on every waist
nand baldness on every head;
oI will make it like the mourning for an only son
and the end of it like a bitter day.

Amos 9:5

5 The Lord God of hosts,
he who touches the earth and pit melts,
and all who dwell in it mourn,
qand all of it rises like the Nile,
rand sinks again, like the Nile of Egypt;

Matthew 24:30

30Then swill appear in heaven tthe sign of the Son of Man, and then uall the tribes of the earth will mourn, and vthey will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven wwith power and great glory.
