Jeremiah 14:18

18 aIf I go out into the field,
behold, those pierced by the sword!
bAnd if I enter the city,
behold, the diseases of famine!
cFor both prophet and priest ply their trade through the land
and have no knowledge.’”

Jeremiah 18:21

21Therefore ddeliver up their children to famine;
give them over to the power of the sword;
let their wives become childless eand widowed.
May their men meet death by pestilence,
their youths be struck down by the sword in battle.

Lamentations 1:20

20 Look, O Lord, for I am in distress;
fmy stomach churns;
my heart is wrung within me,
because I have been very rebellious.
gIn the street the sword bereaves;
in the house it is like death.

Lamentations 2:21

21 In the dust of the streets
hlie the young and the old;
imy young women and my young men
have fallen by the sword;
jyou have killed them in the day of your anger,
slaughtering kwithout pity.

Ezekiel 9:5-6

5And to lthe others he said in my hearing, “Pass through the city after him, and strike. mYour eye shall not spare, and you shall show no pity. 6 nKill old men outright, young men and maidens, little children and women, but otouch no one on whom is the mark. And pbegin at my sanctuary.” So they began with the elders who were before the house.

Ezekiel 23:46-47

46For thus says the Lord God: q“Bring up a vast host against them, and make them ran object of terror and sa plunder. 47 tAnd the host shall stone them and cut them down with their swords. uThey shall kill their sons and their daughters, and vburn up their houses.
