Jeremiah 17:16-17

16 I have not run away from being your shepherd,
nor have I desired the day of sickness.
^aYou know ^bwhat came out of my lips;
it was before your face.
17 Be not a terror to me;
^cyou are my refuge in the day of disaster.

John 3:20

20 ^dFor everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, ^elest his works should be exposed.

John 8:45-47
