Jeremiah 26:11

11Then athe priests and the prophets said to the officials and to all the people, bThis man deserves the sentence of death, because he has prophesied against this city, as you have heard with your own ears.”

Jeremiah 26:20-23

20There was another man who prophesied in the name of the Lord, Uriah the son of Shemaiah from cKiriath-jearim. He prophesied against this city and against this land in words like those of Jeremiah. 21And when dKing Jehoiakim, with all his warriors and all the officials, heard his words, the king sought to put him to death. But when Uriah heard of it, he was afraid and fled and escaped to Egypt. 22Then eKing Jehoiakim sent to Egypt certain men, fElnathan the son of gAchbor and others with him, 23and they took Uriah from Egypt and brought him to King Jehoiakim, hwho struck him down with the sword and dumped his dead body into the burial place of the common people.

Jeremiah 29:27

27Now why have you not rebuked Jeremiah iof Anathoth who is prophesying to you?

Jeremiah 38:4

4Then the officials said to the king, jLet this man be put to death, kfor he is weakening the hands of the soldiers who are left in this city, and the hands of all the people, by speaking such words to them. For this man is not seeking lthe welfare of this people, but their harm.”
