Jeremiah 27:2

2 Thus the Lord said to me: ^a“Make yourself straps and ^byoke-bars, and put them on your neck.

Jeremiah 27:8

8 “‘“But if any nation or kingdom will not serve this Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, ^cand put its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, I will punish that nation ^dwith the sword, with famine, and with pestilence, declares the Lord, until I have consumed it by his hand.

Jeremiah 28:2

2 “Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: ^eI have broken the yoke of the king of Babylon.

Jeremiah 28:13-14

13 “Go, tell Hananiah, ‘Thus says the Lord: You have broken wooden bars, but you have made in their place bars of iron. 14 For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: I have put upon the neck of all these nations ^fan iron yoke to serve Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, ^gand they shall serve him, ^hfor I have given to him even the beasts of the field.’”

Nahum 1:13
