Jeremiah 27:9-10

9 So ^ado not listen to your ^bprophets, your diviners, your dreamers, your ^cfortune-tellers, or your sorcerers, who are saying to you, ‘You shall not serve the king of Babylon.’ 10 ^dFor it is a lie that they are prophesying to you, with the result that you will be removed far from your land, and I will drive you out, and you will perish.

Jeremiah 29:8-9

8 For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: ^eDo not let your prophets and ^fyour diviners who are among you deceive you, and do not listen to the dreams that they dream, ^{▼▼Hebrew your dreams, which you cause to dream} 9 for ^hit is a lie that they are prophesying to you in my name; ⁱI did not send them, declares the Lord.

Jeremiah 29:31

31 “Send to all the exiles, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord concerning ^jShemaiah of Nehelam: Because ^kShemaiah had prophesied to you ^lwhen I did not send him, and has made you trust in a lie,

Ezekiel 12:24

24 ^mFor there shall be no more any ⁿfalse vision or flattering divination within the house of Israel.

Ezekiel 13:6-7

6 ^oThey have seen false visions and lying divinations. They say, ‘Declares the Lord,’ ^pwhen the Lord has not sent them, and yet they expect him to fulfill their word. 7 Have you not seen a false vision and uttered a lying divination, ^qwhenever you have said, ‘Declares the Lord,’ although I have not spoken?”

Ezekiel 13:23

23 ^rtherefore you shall no more see false visions nor practice divination. I will deliver my people out of your hand. And you shall know that I am the Lord.”

Ezekiel 21:29

29 while ^sthey see for you false visions, while they divine lies for you—to place you on the necks of the profane wicked, ^twhose day has come, the time of their final punishment.

Micah 3:11

11 ^uIts heads give judgment for a bribe;

Zechariah 10:2

2 For ^aathe household gods ^abutter nonsense,
and the diviners see lies;
^acthey tell false dreams
and give empty consolation.

they are afflicted for lack of a shepherd.
