Jeremiah 28:15-17

15 And Jeremiah the prophet said to the prophet Hananiah, “Listen, Hananiah, ^athe Lord has not sent you, ^band you have made this people trust in a lie. 16 Therefore thus says the Lord: ‘Behold, I will remove you from the face of the earth. This year you shall die, ^cbecause you have uttered rebellion against the Lord.’”

17 In that same year, in the seventh month, the prophet Hananiah died.

Jeremiah 29:21-22

21 ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning Ahab the son of Kolaiah and Zedekiah the son of Maaseiah, ^dwho are prophesying a lie to you in my name: Behold, I will deliver them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and he shall strike them down before your eyes. 22 ^eBecause of them ^fthis curse shall be used by all the exiles from Judah in Babylon: “The Lord make you like Zedekiah and Ahab, ^gwhom the king of Babylon roasted in the fire,”

Jeremiah 29:32

32 therefore thus says the Lord: Behold, I will punish ^hShemaiah of Nehelam and his descendants. He shall not have anyone living among this people, ⁱand he shall not see the good that I will do to my people, declares the Lord, ^jfor he has spoken rebellion against the Lord.’”

Acts 13:8-11

8 But Elymas the ^kmagician (for that is the meaning of his name) ^lopposed them, seeking to turn ^mthe proconsul away from the faith. 9 But Saul, who was also called Paul, ⁿfilled with the Holy Spirit, looked intently at him 10 and said, “You ^oson of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, full of all deceit and ^pvillainy, will you not stop ^qmaking crooked ^rthe straight paths of the Lord? 11 And now, behold, ^sthe hand of the Lord is upon you, and you will be blind and unable to see the sun for a time.” Immediately mist and darkness fell upon him, and he went about seeking ^tpeople to lead him by the hand.
