Jeremiah 30:7

7 Alas! ^aThat day is so great
^bthere is none like it;
it is a time of distress for Jacob;
yet he shall be saved out of it.

Joel 2:2

2 ^ca day of darkness and gloom,
^da day of clouds and thick darkness!
Like blackness there is spread upon the mountains
^ea great and powerful people;
^ftheir like has never been before,
nor will be again after them
through the years of all generations.

Amos 5:16-18

16 Therefore thus says the Lord, ^gthe God of hosts, the Lord:

“In all the squares ^hthere shall be wailing,
