Jeremiah 31:10-12

10 “Hear the word of the Lord, O nations,
and declare it in the coastlands far away;
say, ‘He who scattered Israel will ^agather him,
and will keep him ^bas a shepherd keeps his flock.’
11 ^cFor the Lord has ransomed Jacob
and has redeemed him from ^dhands too strong for him.
12 They shall come and sing aloud on the height of Zion,
^eand they shall be radiant ^fover the goodness of the Lord,
^gover the grain, the wine, and the oil,
and over the young of the flock and the herd;
^htheir life shall be like a watered garden,
ⁱand they shall languish no more.

Jeremiah 46:27-28

27 ^j“But fear not, O Jacob my servant,
nor be dismayed, O Israel,
for behold, I will save you from far away,
and your offspring from the land of their captivity.
Jacob shall return and have quiet and ease,
and none shall make him afraid.
28 ^kFear not, O Jacob my servant,

declares the Lord,
for I am with you.
I will make a full end of all the nations
to which I have driven you,
but of you I will not make a full end.
^lI will discipline you in just measure,
and I will by no means leave you unpunished.”
