Jeremiah 31:18-20

18I have heard aEphraim grieving,
‘You have disciplined me, and I was disciplined,
like an untrained calf;
bbring me back that I may be restored,
for you are the Lord my God.
19For after cI had turned away, I relented,
and after I was instructed, dI struck my thigh;
eI was ashamed, and I was confounded,
because I bore the disgrace of my youth.’
20 fIs Ephraim my dear son?
gIs he my darling child?
For as often as I speak against him,
I do remember him still.
hTherefore my heart
Hebrew bowels
yearns for him;
I will surely have mercy on him,

declares the Lord.

Ezekiel 6:9

9then those of you who escape jwill remember me among the nations where they are carried captive, how kI have been broken over their whoring heart that has departed from me and over their eyes lthat go whoring after their idols. mAnd they will be loathsome in their own sight for the evils that they have committed, for all their abominations.

Ezekiel 20:43

43 nAnd there you shall remember your ways and all your deeds with which you have defiled yourselves, oand you shall loathe yourselves for all the evils that you have committed.

Ezekiel 36:31

31Then pyou will remember your evil ways, and your deeds that were not good, and you will loathe yourselves for your iniquities and your abominations.

Daniel 9:4-12

4I prayed to the Lord my God and qmade confession, saying, rO Lord, the sgreat and awesome God, who tkeeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, 5 uwe have sinned and done wrong and acted wickedly vand rebelled, turning aside from your commandments and rules. 6 wWe have not listened to xyour servants the prophets, who spoke in your name to your kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land. 7To you, zO Lord, belongs righteousness, but to us open shame, as at this day, to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to all Israel, aathose who are near and abthose who are far away, in acall the lands to which you have driven them, because of adthe treachery that they have committed against you. 8To us, O Lord, belongs open shame, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because aewe have sinned against you. 9 afTo the Lord our God belong mercy and forgiveness, for we have rebelled against him 10 agand have not obeyed the voice of the Lord our God by walking in his laws, which he set before us by ahhis servants the prophets. 11 aiAll Israel has transgressed your law and turned aside, ajrefusing to obey your voice. akAnd the curse and oath althat are written in the Law of amMoses the servant of God have been poured out upon us, because anwe have sinned against him. 12He has confirmed his words, which he spoke against us and against aoour rulers who ruled us,
Or  our judges who judged us
by aqbringing upon us a great calamity. arFor under the whole heaven there has not been done anything like what has been done against Jerusalem.
