12 “Thus says the Lord of hosts: ^aIn this place that is waste, without man or beast, and in all of its cities, there shall again be ^bhabitations of shepherds ^cresting their flocks. 13 ^dIn the cities of the hill country, ^ein the cities of the Shephelah, ^fand in the cities of the Negeb, in the land of Benjamin, ^gthe places about Jerusalem, ^hand in the cities of Judah, ⁱflocks shall again pass under the hands ^jof the one who counts them, says the Lord.
