Jeremiah 4:11-12

11At that time it will be said to this people and to Jerusalem, β€œA hot wind from athe bare heights in the desert toward the daughter of my people, not to winnow or cleanse, 12a wind too full for this comes for me. Now it is I who bspeak in judgment upon them.”

Ezekiel 17:10

10Behold, it is planted; will it thrive? cWill it not utterly wither when the east wind strikes itβ€”wither away on the bed where it sprouted?”

Hosea 13:15

15 Though dhe may flourish among his brothers,
ethe east wind, the wind of the Lord, shall come,
rising from the wilderness,
fand his fountain shall dry up;
his spring shall be parched;
