Jeremiah 4:23-28

23 I looked on the earth, and behold, it was ^awithout form and void;
^band to the heavens, and they had no light.
24 I looked on ^cthe mountains, and behold, they were quaking,
and all the hills moved to and fro.
25 ^dI looked, and behold, there was no man,
and all the birds of the air had fled.
26 I looked, and behold, the ^efruitful land was a desert,
and all its cities were laid in ruins
before the Lord, before ^fhis fierce anger.
27 For thus says the Lord, “The whole land shall be a desolation; ^gyet I will not make a full end.

28 ^h“For this the earth shall mourn,
ⁱand the heavens above be dark;
for I have spoken; I have purposed;
^jI have not relented, nor will I turn back.”

Hebrews 11:7

7 By faith ^kNoah, being warned by God concerning ^levents as yet unseen, in reverent fear constructed an ark for the saving of his household. By this he condemned the world and became an heir of ^mthe righteousness that comes by faith.

2 Peter 3:6-7

6 and that by means of these the world that then existed ⁿwas deluged with water and ^operished. 7 But by the same word ^pthe heavens and earth that now exist are stored up for fire, being kept until the day of judgment and ^qdestruction of the ungodly.

2 Peter 3:10-12

10 But ^rthe day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then ^sthe heavens will pass away with a roar, and ^tthe heavenly bodies ^{▼▼Or elements; also verse 12} will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed. ^{▼▼Greek found; some manuscripts will be burned up}

11 Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, ^wwhat sort of people ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness, 12 ^xwaiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be set on fire and dissolved, and ^ythe heavenly bodies will melt as they burn!
