Jeremiah 42:2-3

2 and said to Jeremiah the prophet, “Let ^aour plea for mercy come before you, and ^bpray to the Lord your God for us, for all ^cthis remnant— ^dbecause we are left with but a few, as your eyes see us— 3 that ^ethe Lord your God may show us the way we should go, and the thing that we should do.”

Jeremiah 42:20

20 that you have gone astray at the cost of your lives. ^fFor you sent me to the Lord your God, saying, ^g‘Pray for us to the Lord our God, and ^hwhatever the Lord our God says, declare to us and we will do it.’

Acts 28:22

22 But we desire to hear from you what your views are, for with regard to this ⁱsect we know that everywhere ^jit is spoken against.”
