Jeremiah 5:12-13

12They have spoken falsely of the Lord
and have said, ‘He will do nothing;
ano disaster will come upon us,
bnor shall we see sword or famine.
13The prophets will become wind;
the word is not in them.
Thus shall it be done to them!’”

Jeremiah 6:15

15 cWere they ashamed when they committed abomination?
No, they were not at all ashamed;
they did not know how to blush.
Therefore they shall fall among those who fall;
dat the time that I punish them, they shall be overthrown,”

says the Lord.

Jeremiah 8:12

when I punish them, they shall be overthrown,

Jeremiah 20:6

6And you, gPashhur, and all who dwell in your house, shall go into captivity. To Babylon you shall go, and there you shall die, and there you shall be buried, you and all your friends, hto whom you have prophesied falsely.”

Jeremiah 23:14-15

14But in the prophets of Jerusalem
I have seen a horrible thing:
ithey commit adultery and walk in lies;
jthey strengthen the hands of evildoers,
so that no one turns from his evil;
kall of them have become like Sodom to me,
land its inhabitants like Gomorrah.”
15Therefore thus says the Lord of hosts concerning the prophets:
mBehold, I will feed them with bitter food
nand give them opoisoned water to drink,
for from the prophets of Jerusalem
ungodliness has gone out into all the land.”

Jeremiah 28:15-17

15And Jeremiah the prophet said to the prophet Hananiah, “Listen, Hananiah, pthe Lord has not sent you, qand you have made this people trust in a lie. 16Therefore thus says the Lord: ‘Behold, I will remove you from the face of the earth. This year you shall die, rbecause you have uttered rebellion against the Lord.’”

17In that same year, in the seventh month, the prophet Hananiah died.

Jeremiah 29:20-21

20Hear the word of the Lord, all you exiles swhom I sent away from Jerusalem to Babylon: 21Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning Ahab the son of Kolaiah and Zedekiah the son of Maaseiah, twho are prophesying a lie to you in my name: Behold, I will deliver them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and he shall strike them down before your eyes.

Jeremiah 29:31-32

31Send to all the exiles, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord concerning uShemaiah of Nehelam: Because vShemaiah had prophesied to you wwhen I did not send him, and has made you trust in a lie, 32therefore thus says the Lord: Behold, I will punish xShemaiah of Nehelam and his descendants. He shall not have anyone living among this people, yand he shall not see the good that I will do to my people, declares the Lord, zfor he has spoken rebellion against the Lord.’”
