Jeremiah 5:14
The Lord Proclaims Judgment
14 Therefore thus says the Lord, the God of hosts:“Because you have spoken this word,
behold, aI am making my words in your mouth ba fire,
and this people wood, and the fire shall consume them.
Jeremiah 18:7-8
7If at any time I declare concerning a nation or a kingdom, that I will cpluck up and break down and destroy it, 8and if that nation, concerning which I have spoken, dturns from its evil, eI will relent of the disaster that I intended to do to it.Ezekiel 3:18
