Jeremiah 6:27-30

27 “I have made you ^aa tester of metals among my people,
that you may know and ^btest their ways.
28 ^cThey are all stubbornly rebellious,
^dgoing about with slanders;
they are ^ebronze and iron;
all of them act corruptly.
29 The ^fbellows blow fiercely;
the lead is consumed by the fire;
^gin vain the refining goes on,
for the wicked are not removed.
30 ^hRejected silver they are called,
for the Lord has rejected them.”
