Jeremiah 7:22-23

22 For in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, I did not speak to your fathers or command them ^aconcerning burnt offerings and sacrifices. 23 But this command I gave them: ^b‘Obey my voice, and ^cI will be your God, and you shall be my people. ^dAnd walk in all the way that I command you, ^ethat it may be well with you.’

Jeremiah 26:4-6

4 You shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord: ^fIf you will not listen to me, to walk in my law that I have set before you, 5 ^gand to listen to the words of my servants the prophets whom I send to you ^hurgently, ⁱthough you have not listened, 6 then I will make this house ^jlike Shiloh, and I will make this city ^ka curse for all the nations of the earth.’”
