Jeremiah 9:4-5

4 aLet everyone beware of his neighbor,
and put no trust in any brother,
for every bbrother is a deceiver,
and every neighbor cgoes about as a slanderer.
5Everyone deceives his neighbor,
and no one speaks the truth;
they have taught their tongue to speak lies;
they weary themselves committing iniquity.

Micah 7:2-6

2 dThe godly has perished from the earth,

Malachi 2:11

11Judah has been sfaithless, and abomination has been committed in Israel and in Jerusalem. For tJudah has profaned the sanctuary of the Lord, which he loves, and has married the daughter of a foreign god.

Malachi 2:14-15

14 uBut you say, “Why does he not?” Because the Lord vwas witness between you and the wife of your youth, wto whom xyou have been faithless, though she is your companion and your wife by covenant. 15 yDid he not make them one, with a portion of the Spirit in their union?
