Jeremiah 16:6

6Both great and small shall die in this land. tThey shall not be buried, and no one shall lament for them or ucut himself vor make himself bald for them.

Amos 8:10

10 wI will turn your feasts into mourning
and all your songs into lamentation;
xI will bring sackcloth on every waist
yand baldness on every head;
zI will make it like the mourning for an only son
and the end of it like a bitter day.
