Job 11:13-19

13 “If you aprepare your heart,
you will bstretch out your hands toward him.
14If iniquity is in your hand, put it far away,
and let not injustice dwell in your tents.
15Surely then you will clift up your face without dblemish;
you will be secure and will not fear.
16You will eforget your misery;
you will remember it as waters that have passed away.
17And your life will be fbrighter than the noonday;
its darkness will be like the morning.
18And you will feel secure, because there is hope;
you will look around and gtake your rest in security.
19You will hlie down, and none will make you afraid;
many will icourt your favor.

Job 21:11

11They send out their jlittle boys like a flock,
and their children dance.

Ecclesiastes 9:2-3

2 pIt is the same for all, since qthe same event happens to the righteous and the wicked, to the good and the evil,
Septuagint, Syriac, Vulgate; Hebrew lacks  and the evil
to the clean and the unclean, to him who sacrifices and him who does not sacrifice. As the good one is, so is the sinner, and he who sswears is as he who shuns an oath.
3This is an evil in all that is done under the sun, that tthe same event happens to all. Also, the hearts of the children of man are full of evil, and umadness is in their hearts while they live, and after that they go to the dead.

James 5:5

5 vYou have lived on the earth in luxury and win self-indulgence. You have fattened your hearts in xa day of slaughter.

Revelation of John 18:7

7 yAs she glorified herself and lived in luxury,
so give her a like measure of torment and mourning,
since in her heart she says,
z‘I sit as a queen,
I am no widow,
and mourning I shall never see.’
