and cast away their cords from us.”
4 He who gsits in the heavens hlaughs;
the Lord holds them in derision.
5Then he will speak to them in his iwrath,
and terrify them in his fury, saying,
6“As for me, I have jset my King
on kZion, my lholy hill.”

Isaiah 19:11-13

11 The princes of mZoan are utterly foolish;
the wisest counselors of Pharaoh give stupid counsel.
How can you say to Pharaoh,
“I am a son of the wise,
a son of ancient kings”?
12Where then are your nwise men?
