Job 13:12

12 Your maxims are proverbs of ^aashes;
your defenses are defenses of clay.

16 ^bThe face of the Lord is against those who do evil,
to ^ccut off the memory of them from the earth.

4 They say, “Come, ^dlet us wipe them out as a nation;
let the name of Israel be remembered no more!”

13 May his ^eposterity be cut off;
may his ^fname be blotted out in the second generation!

22 but the wicked will be ^gcut off from the land,
and the treacherous will be ^hrooted out of it.

7 ⁱThe memory of the righteous is a blessing,
but ^jthe name of the wicked will rot.
