Job 14:16-17

16 For then you would ^anumber my steps;
you would not keep ^bwatch over my sin;
17 my transgression would be ^csealed up in a bag,
and you would cover over my iniquity.

Job 16:11-21

11 God gives me up to the ungodly
and casts me into the hands of the wicked.
12 I was at ease, and he broke me apart;
he seized me by the neck and dashed me to pieces;
he set me up as his ^dtarget;
13 his ^earchers surround me.
He slashes open my kidneys ^fand does not spare;
he ^gpours out my gall on the ground.
14 He breaks me with ^hbreach upon breach;
he ⁱruns upon me like a warrior.

and he who testifies for me is ^ron high.
20 My friends ^sscorn me;
my eye pours out tears to God,
21 that he would ^targue the case of a man with God,
as ^{▼▼Hebrew and} a son of man does with his neighbor.

Job 19:6-11

6 know then that God has ^vput me in the wrong
and closed his net about me.
7 Behold, I ^wcry out, ‘Violence!’ but I am not answered;
I call for help, but there is no justice.
8 He has ^xwalled up my way, so that I cannot pass,
and he has set darkness upon my paths.
9 He has ^ystripped from me my glory
and taken the ^zcrown from my head.
10 He breaks me down on every side, and I ^aaam gone,
and my hope has he pulled up like a tree.
