Job 17:11

11 My ^adays are past; my plans are broken off,
the desires of my heart.

4 to give prudence to ^bthe simple,
knowledge and ^cdiscretion to the youth—

21 My son, ^ddo not lose sight of these—
keep sound wisdom and discretion,

2 A good man ^eobtains favor from the Lord,
but a man of evil devices he condemns.

17 A man of ^fquick temper acts foolishly,
and a man of evil devices is hated.

8 Whoever ^gplans to do evil
will be called a schemer.

7 As for the scoundrel— ^hhis devices are evil;
he plans wicked schemes
to ruin the poor with lying words,
even when the plea of the needy is right.
