Job 22:12-13

12 “Is not God high in the heavens?
See athe highest stars, how lofty they are!
13But you say, bWhat does God know?
Can he judge through cthe deep darkness?

12 fArise, O Lord; O God, glift up your hand;

13Why does the wicked irenounce God
and say in his heart, “You will not jcall to account”?

“will hear us?”

Isaiah 29:15

15 Ah, oyou who hide deep from the Lord your counsel,
whose deeds are pin the dark,
and who say, “Who sees us? Who knows us?”

Ezekiel 8:12

12Then he said to me, “Son of man, have you seen what the elders of the house of Israel are doing qin the dark, each rin his room of pictures? For they say, s‘The Lord does not see us, the Lord has forsaken the land.’”

Ezekiel 9:9

9Then he said to me, t“The guilt of the house of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great. uThe land is full of blood, and the city full of injustice. For vthey say, ‘The Lord has forsaken the land, and the Lord does not see.’

Zephaniah 1:12

12At that time wI will search Jerusalem with lamps,
and I will punish the men
xwho are complacent,
Hebrew  are thickening on the dregs [of their wine]

zthose who say in their hearts,
‘The Lord will not do good,
nor will he do ill.’
