Job 22:13-14

13 But you say, ^a‘What does God know?
Can he judge through ^bthe deep darkness?
14 ^cThick clouds veil him, so that he does not see,
and he walks on the vault of heaven.’

Psalms 10:11-13

11 He says in his heart, “God has forgotten,
he has ^dhidden his face, he ^ewill never see it.”
12 ^fArise, O Lord; O God, ^glift up your hand;
^hforget not the afflicted.
13 Why does the wicked ⁱrenounce God
and say in his heart, “You will not ^jcall to account”?

Psalms 64:5-6

5 They ^khold fast to their evil purpose;
they talk of ^llaying snares secretly,
thinking, ^m“Who can see them?”
6 They search out injustice,
saying, “We have accomplished a diligent search.”
