Job 22:13-14

13But you say, aWhat does God know?
Can he judge through bthe deep darkness?
14 cThick clouds veil him, so that he does not see,
and he walks on the vault of heaven.’

Psalms 10:11-13

12 fArise, O Lord; O God, glift up your hand;
hforget not the afflicted.
13Why does the wicked irenounce God
and say in his heart, “You will not jcall to account”?

Psalms 64:5-6

5They khold fast to their evil purpose;
they talk of llaying snares secretly,
thinking, mWho can see them?”
6They search out injustice,
saying, “We have accomplished a diligent search.”
For nthe inward mind and heart of a man are deep.

Isaiah 5:18-19

18 Woe to those who draw iniquity with ocords of falsehood,
who draw sin as with cart ropes,

let him speed his work
that we may see it;
