and hthe opening of the prison to those who are bound;
Or  the opening [of the eyes] to those who are blind; Septuagint  and recovery of sight to the blind

2 jto proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor,
kand the day of vengeance of our God;
to comfort all who mourn;
3to grant to those who mourn in Zion
lto give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes,
mthe oil of gladness instead of mourning,
the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit;
nthat they may be called oaks of righteousness,
the planting of the Lord, othat he may be glorified.
Or  that he may display his beauty

Luke 15:4-6

4 qWhat man of you, having a hundred sheep, rif he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine sin the open country, and tgo after the one that is lost, until he finds it? 5And when he has found it, uhe lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for vI have found my sheep that was lost.’
