Job 24:13-16

13 “There are those who rebel ^aagainst the light,
who are not acquainted with its ways,
and do not stay in its paths.
14 The murderer rises before it is light,
that he ^bmay kill the poor and needy,
and in the night he is like a thief.
15 The eye of the adulterer also waits for ^cthe twilight,
saying, ‘No ^deye will see me’;
and he veils his face.
16 In the dark they ^edig through houses;
by day they shut themselves up;
they do not know the light.

Proverbs 4:19

19 ^fThe way of the wicked is like deep ^gdarkness;
they do not know over what they ^hstumble.

John 3:19-20

19 ⁱAnd this is the judgment: ^jthe light has come into the world, and ^kpeople loved the darkness rather than the light because ^ltheir works were evil. 20 ^mFor everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, ⁿlest his works should be exposed.

John 12:35

35 So Jesus said to them, ^o“The light is among you ^pfor a little while longer. ^qWalk while you have the light, lest darkness ^rovertake you. ^sThe one who walks in the darkness does not know where he is going.

Romans 1:21

1 Thessalonians 5:5-7
