20 The womb forgets them;
the worm finds them sweet;
they are ^ano longer remembered,
so wickedness is broken like ^ba tree.’

8 On every side the wicked prowl,
as vileness is exalted among the children of man.

24 ^cThe hand of the diligent will rule,
while the slothful will be ^dput to forced labor.

4 An evildoer listens to wicked lips,
and a liar gives ear to a mischievous tongue.

26 All day long he craves and craves,
