Job 28:24-25

24For he alooks to the ends of the earth
and sees everything under the heavens.
25When he bgave to the wind its weight
and apportioned the waters by measure,

Psalms 65:5-8

5 By cawesome deeds you answer us with righteousness,
O God of our salvation,
the hope of all dthe ends of the earth
and of the farthest seas;
6the one who by his strength established the mountains,
being egirded with might;
7who fstills the roaring of the seas,
the roaring of their waves,
gthe tumult of the peoples,
8so that those who dwell at the ends of the earth are in awe at your signs.

9If I take the wings of the morning
and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,
10even there your hand shall hlead me,
and your right hand shall hold me.
