25 When he ^agave to the wind its weight
and apportioned the waters by measure,
26 when he made a decree for the rain
and ^ba way for the lightning of the thunder,

Job 38:24-28

24 What is the way to the place where the light is distributed,
or where the east wind is scattered upon the earth?
25 “Who has cleft a channel for the torrents of rain
and ^ca way for the thunderbolt,
26 to bring rain on ^da land where no man is,
on ^ethe desert in which there is no man,
27 to satisfy the waste and desolate land,
and to make the ground sprout with ^fgrass?
28 “Has ^gthe rain a father,
or who has begotten the drops of dew?
