Job 29:12-17

Proverbs 21:3

3 kTo do righteousness and justice
is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice.

Hosea 6:6

6For lI desire steadfast love
Septuagint mercy
and not sacrifice,
nthe knowledge of God rather than burnt offerings.

Amos 5:7

7O oyou who turn justice to wormwood
Or  to bitter fruit

and cast down righteousness to the earth!

Amos 5:14-15

14 qSeek good, and not evil,
that you may live;
and so the Lord, rthe God of hosts, will be with you,
as you have said.
15 sHate evil, and love good,
and establish justice tin the gate;
uit may be that the Lord, the God of hosts,
will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.

Micah 6:8

8He has told you, O man, what is good;
and vwhat does the Lord require of you
but to do justice, and to love kindness,
Or steadfast love

and to xwalk humbly with your God?

Mark 12:32-34

32And the scribe said to him, “You are right, Teacher. You have truly said that yhe is one, and zthere is no other besides him. 33And to love him with all the heart and with all aathe understanding and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, abis much more than all acwhole burnt offerings and sacrifices.” 34And when Jesus saw that he answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” adAnd after that no one dared to ask him any more questions.
