Job 30:26-31

26But awhen I hoped for good, evil came,
and when I waited for light, bdarkness came.
27My inward parts are in turmoil and never still;
days of affliction ccome to meet me.
28I dgo about darkened, but not by the sun;
I stand up in ethe assembly and cry for help.
29I am a brother of fjackals
and a companion of gostriches.
30My hskin turns black and falls from me,
and my ibones burn with heat.
31My jlyre is kturned to mourning,
and my lpipe to the voice of those who weep.

Psalms 38:6

6I am mutterly bowed down and nprostrate;
all the day I ogo about mourning.

Psalms 43:2

2For you are pthe God in whom I take refuge;
why have you qrejected me?
Why do I rgo about mourning
because of the oppression of the enemy?

Psalms 88:9

9 smy eye grows dim through sorrow.
