Job 30:3-8

3Through want and hard hunger
they agnaw bthe dry ground by night in cwaste and desolation;
4they pick saltwort and the leaves of bushes,
and the roots of the broom tree for their food.
Or warmth

5 eThey are driven out from human company;
they shout after them as after a thief.
6In the gullies of the torrents they must dwell,
in holes of the earth and of fthe rocks.
7Among the bushes they gbray;
under hthe nettles they huddle together.
8A senseless, a nameless brood,
they have been whipped out of the land.

Daniel 4:32-33

32 iand you shall be driven from among men, and your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field. And you shall be made to eat grass like an ox, and seven periods of time shall pass over you, juntil you know that the Most High rules the kingdom of men and gives it to whom he will.” 33Immediately the word was fulfilled against Nebuchadnezzar. kHe was driven from among men and ate grass like an ox, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven till his hair grew as long as eagles’ feathers, and his nails were like birds’ claws.

Daniel 5:21-31

21 lHe was driven from among the children of mankind, and his mind was made like that of a beast, and his dwelling was with the wild donkeys. He was fed grass like an ox, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, muntil he knew that the nMost High God rules the kingdom of mankind and sets over it whom he will. 22And you his son,
Or successor
pBelshazzar, qhave not humbled your heart, though you knew all this,
23but you have lifted up yourself against rthe Lord of heaven. And sthe vessels of his house have been brought in before you, and you and your lords, your wives, and your concubines have drunk wine from them. tAnd you have praised the gods of silver and gold, of bronze, iron, wood, and stone, which do not see or hear or know, ubut the God in whose hand is your breath, and vwhose are all your ways, wyou have not honored.

24Then from his presence xthe hand was sent, and this writing was inscribed. 25And this is the writing that was inscribed: Mene, Mene, Tekel, and Parsin. 26This is the interpretation of the matter: Mene, God has numbered
 Mene sounds like the Aramaic for  numbered
the days of your kingdom and brought it to an end;
27Tekel, zyou have been weighed
 Tekel sounds like the Aramaic for  weighed
in the balances and found wanting;
28Peres, your kingdom is divided and given to abthe Medes and acPersians.”
 Peres (the singular of  Parsin) sounds like the Aramaic for  divided and for Persia

29Then aeBelshazzar gave the command, and Daniel afwas clothed with purple, a chain of gold was put around his neck, and a proclamation was made about him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.

30 agThat very night ahBelshazzar the aiChaldean king was killed. 31
Ch 6:1 in Aramaic

Mark 5:3-4

3 amHe lived among the tombs. And no one could bind him anymore, not even with a chain, 4for he had often been bound with shackles and chains, but he wrenched the chains apart, and he broke the shackles in pieces. No one had the strength to subdue him.
