Isaiah 24:7-11

the vine languishes,

the noise of the jubilant has ceased,
the mirth of the lyre is stilled.

Jeremiah 7:34

34 ^kAnd I will silence in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, ^lfor the land shall become a waste.
